层级管理APN小组责任制模式在手术室护理管理中的应用

目的探讨层级管理结合专科分组APN排班模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法我院手术室2012年1月实施层级管理和专科分组排班相结合的模式对护理工作进行管理,评价实施前后实践技能和护理质量满意度。结果实施前后理论考核总分比较差异显著(P<0.05),实施前后实践技能总分及各分项评分差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。实施后,患者、医生及护士自我评价的满意度显著高于实施前,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论层级管理结合专科分组APN小组责任制排班模式用于手术室护理管理,能够提高整体护理质量,值得推广。

Objective To discuss application of hierarchical management combined with grouping management mode in nursing management of operating room. Methods Hierarchical management combined with grouping management mode in nursing management were applied in operation room from Jan 2012. Practical skill and ability and nursing quality satisfaction were evaluated before and after application. Results Theory assessment score after application was higher than before application（P 〈 0.05）. Practice skill score and each index had significant difference between before and after application （P 〈 0.01 ）. Satisfaction of patients, doctors and nurses themselves improved obviously after appli cation,which were higher than before application （P 〈 0.01 ）. Condusion Application of hierarchical management com- bined with grouping management mode in nursing management of operating room can improve nursing quality, worthy of application.
