氢氧化钙糊剂在儿童乳牙根管治疗中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察氢氧化钙糊剂与樟脑酚液在根管封药中的临床疗效;总结氢氧化钙糊剂的临床适应证,为临床提供参考。方法将口腔科就诊的110例140颗患牙随机分为实验组(氢氧化钙糊荆)与对照组(樟脑酚液)。结果观察组有效率为92.10%,明显高于对照组的62.50%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氢氧化钙糊剂根管封药缓解临床叩痛疗效明显,抗菌效果较樟脑酚液效果好,且具有收敛性、不致敏性、药效持久等优点,可替代酚类消毒药物。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of calcium hydroxide paste and camphor phenol solution as intracanal medication in the root canal medicine; summarize the clinical indications, provide reference to clinical practice. Methods Dental treatment in 110 patients with 140 teeth, were randomly divided into experimental group (calcium hydroxide paste) and the control group (camphor-phenol solution). Results The observation group significant effective rate was 92.10%; was significantly higher than that of control group 62.50%; with a statistically significant difference between two groups(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Calcium hydroxide paste canal medication clinical pain relieving effect, antibacterial effect of camphor-phenol solution effect is good, and has convergence, no sensitization, durable efficac advantages can replace phenolic disinfectant drugs.
