早期康复治疗对急性脑梗死患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响

Early rehabilitation on limb function and quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨早期康复治疗对急性脑梗死患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响。方法选择急性脑梗死患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规治疗方法,观察组患者在其基础上应用早期康复治疗。比较患者治疗前后欧洲卒中量表(ESS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)及脑卒中生存质量量表(QOF)评分的不同。结果①入院21 d、35 d两组患者ESS评分均显著升高,其中观察组患者改善显著优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗35 d后,两组患者BI评分及QOF评分均显著高于治疗前,其中观察组患者改善更加明显,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复治疗可以显著改善急性脑梗死患者肢体功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the impact of early rehabilitation on limb function and quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods All 80 patients for the study, according to the random number table, patients were divided into observation group and the control group, the control group were treated with conventional treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction, The observation group patients on the basis of its application early rehabilitation. European Stroke Scale（ESS） seore,Barthel index（BI） and Stroke Quality of Life Scale （QOF） scores compare patients before and after treatment different. Results ①Admission 21 d, 35 d patients ESS scores were significantly elevated observation group patients improved significantly better than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. ②35 d After treatment,the two groups of patients with BI score and QOF score were significantly higher than before treatment, the observation group patients improved more significantly, their differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation can significantly improve limb function in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and improve quality of life.
