Vitapex糊剂与根管糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效比较

Vitapex paste root canal sealers treatment of chronic periapical clinical comparison

目的比较Vitapex与根管糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院2009年12月～2012年12月确诊的慢性根尖周炎患者80例(共120颗患牙),根据入院顺序分为研究组(Vitapex糊剂)与对照组(传统根管糊剂)各40例,比较两组的疗效。结果研究组应用Vitapex糊剂充填无效4例,总有效率达90.0%,对照组采用传统根管糊剂充填后无效10例,总有效率达75.0%,两组总有效率比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组共6例主诉无痛,14例出现轻度疼痛,重度疼痛8例;对照组轻度疼痛13例,重度疼痛15例。研究组重度疼痛例数明显少于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Vitapex糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效优于根管糊剂,患者疼痛反应轻。

Objective To compare clinical efficacy of chronic Vitapex with root canal sealers to periapical. Methods In our hospital from December 2009 to December 2012,diagnosed patients with chronic periapical 80 cases, divided into study group （Vitapex paste） and control group （traditional roots under a hospital order the tube paste）of the 40 cases,the efficacy were compared. Results The study group applications vitapex paste filling in effective 4 cases, the total effective rate of 90.0%, ineffective in 10 cases in the control group with the traditional root canal paste filling, the total effective rate of 75.0%, total effective rate had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Study group of 6 patients with a chief complaint of painless, 14 patients had a mild degree of research group, 8 patients were severe pain the number of cases of severe pain was significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Control group 13 cases were mild degree. Conclusion Vitapex paste the treatment of chronic periapical clinical efficacy superior to root canal sealers.
