醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗药物流产后阴道出血的临床观察

目的观察醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗药物流产后阴道出血的临床效果。方法将200例门诊药物流产患者根据用药不同分为观察组和对照组各100例,分别给予醋酸甲羟孕酮和益母草颗粒口服。结果观察组用药后阴道出血量及流血时间少于或短于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义;观察组用药后宫内异常回声消失率高于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论醋酸甲羟孕酮用于药物流产可有效减少阴道出血量及出血时间,值得临床推广应用。

Results The observation group after treatment, the amount of vaginal bleeding and bleeding time less than or shorter than the control group, Comparison between groups （P〈 0.01） was statistically significant; Observation group intrauterine abnormal echo disappearance rate higher than that of the control group, Comparison between groups （P 〈 0.01） was statistically significant. Conclusion Medroxyprogesterone acetate for drug abortion can effectively reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and bleeding time, It is worthy of clinical application.
