摘要
公益性未成年人校外活动场所是加强思想道德建设、推进素质教育、建设社会主义精神文明的重要阵地,承担着面向未成年人的教育服务功能和社会服务功能。其专职教师队伍是场所健康、可持续发展的关键因素,也是实现校外教育资源优化配置的现实要求。文章结合教师专业化的理论概念、我国公益性未成年人校外活动场所的功能和职责定位,提出了校外教育教师专业化发展的四大切入点和突破口。
Non-profit places for minors' extramural activities play an important role in strengthening the ideological and moral cultivation, promoting the all-round education, as well as establishing the socialist spiritual civilization. Meanwhile, they function in offering the minors both educational and social services. The key to the healthy and sustainable development of such places lies in the establishment of a team of professional teachers, which is also the realistic request made by the rational distribution of the extramural educational resources. The thesis, combining the concept of teachers' professionalization and the function of our country's non-profit places for minors'extramural activities, puts forward four points of penetration of teachers'professionalization in extramural education.
