中药热熨在产妇产后乳房肿胀中的应用

Application of hot medicated compress with TCM to postpartum breast swelling with engorgement

目的:探讨中药热熨在产后乳房肿胀产妇中的应用效果及护理方法。方法:将符合入选条件的188例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各94例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予中药热熨。产后72 h比较两组产妇乳房肿胀疼痛程度、乳房肿胀硬度,产后4个月比较两组产妇母乳喂养情况。结果:两组产妇产后72 h乳房肿胀疼痛程度、乳房肿胀硬度及产后4个月母乳喂养情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中药热熨可促进产妇产后泌乳,预防乳房胀痛,提高母乳喂养率。

Objective：To investigate the application effect of hot medicated compress with TCM and nursing methods in relieving post- partum breast swelling with engorgement. Methods ：188 selected parturient were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （94 cases in each group）. Routine nursing care was taken in the control group and hot medicated compress with TCM was addition- ally implemented in the observation group. The degree of postpartum breast swelling and pain, the hardness of breast distension were com- pared between the two groups in 72 hours after birth and the status of breast feeding was compared between the two groups in 4 months after birth. Results ： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the degree of postpartum breast swelling and pain and the hardness of breast swelling in 72 hours after birth and the status of breast feeding in 4 months after birth between the two groups [ P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈 0.01}. Conclusion：The hot medicated compress with TCM can promote postpartum maternal lactation, prevent breast swelling and pain and raise breast feeding rate.
