优质护理在老年社区获得性肺炎患者中的应用

Application of high quality nursing care to old patients with community-acquired pneumonia

目的:探讨优质护理在老年社区获得性肺炎患者中的应用及临床效果。方法:将2010年4～9月老年社区获得性肺炎患者60例作为对照组,给予常规护理;将2010年10月～2011年3月老年社区获得性肺炎患者60例作为实验组,实施优质护理。观察比较两组生命体征改善、住院指标、护理质量指标变化情况。结果:两组生命体征改善、平均住院日、患者满意度、护理质量指标等比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:优质护理可减少老年社区获得性肺炎患者住院天数,提高护理质量和患者满意度。

Objective：To explore the application of high quality nursing care to old patients with community -acquired pneumonia and investigate its clinical effect. Methods ：60 old patients who developed community - acquired pneumonia from April to September 2010 were taken as the control group and other 60 old patients who suffered from community - acquired pneumonia from October 2010 to March 2011 were taken as the experimental group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the experimental group were given high quality nursing care. The improvement of vital signs, the change of hospitalization indicators and nursing quality in- dexes were observed and compared between the two groups. Results ： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the improvement of vital signs, the average hospitalization days, the degree of patient satisfaction and nursing quality indexes between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The high quality nursing care can reduce the hospitalization days of old patients with community -acquired pneumonia and improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
