护理干预在急诊风险管理中的应用效果观察

Application of nursing intervention in the risk management of emergency treatment and observation on the effect

目的:探讨护理干预在急诊风险管理中的应用及临床效果。方法:将2011年1月～2012年6月收治的1 532例患者设为研究组,将2009年7月～2010年12月收治的1 456例患者设为对照组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施护理干预,比较两组安全隐患、不良事件发生率及患者满意度。结果:两组安全隐患、不良事件发生率及患者满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预在急诊风险管理中具有积极作用,可有效降低风险发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective ： To investigate the application of nursing intervention in the risk management of emergency treatment and the clini- cal effect. Methods：/ 532 patients admitted from January 2011 to June 2012 were taken as the study group;other 1 456 patients admitted from July 2009 to December 2010 were taken as the control group. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and nursing in- tervention was implemented in the study group, the potential safety hazard, incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction were com- pared between the two groups. Results：The differences in the comparison of the potential safety hazard, incidence of adverse events and pa- tient satisfaction were statistically significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Nursing intervention plays a positive role in the risk management of emergency treatment and it can effectively reduce the incidence of risk and improve patient satisfaction.
