术前优化呼吸道准备在老年肺叶切除术患者中的应用

Application of the preoperative optimization of respiratory preparation in elderly patients with pulmonary lobectomy

目的:探讨术前优化呼吸道准备在老年肺叶切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选择行肺叶切除术的老年患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予胸外科护理常规护理及指导,观察组在护理人员帮助和指导下进行术前优化呼吸道准备。观察、比较两组患者入院时和准备后7～10 d动脉血气、疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组准备后7～10 d动脉血气、疗效及并发症发生情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年肺叶切除术患者给予术前优化呼吸道准备,能明显增强术前呼吸功能、提高手术耐受力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ： To investigate the application effect of the preoperative optimization of respiratory preparation in elderly patients with pulmonary lobectomy. Methods： 80 elderly patients who would have pulmonary lobeetomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（40 cases in each group）. The routine nursing care and guidance were given to the patients in the control group and the preoperative respiratory preparation was optimized with the help of nurses in the observation group. The arterial blood gas, curative effect and the incidence of complications on admission and after respiratory preparation for 7 to 10 days were observed and compared be- tween the two groups. Results ： The arterial blood gas, curative effect was better and the incidence of complications was less in the observa- tion group than the control group after respiratory preparation for 7 to 10 days （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The preoperative optimization of re- spiratory preparation in elderly patients with pulmonary lobectomy can obviously improve the preoperative pulmonary function and the toler- ance to operation.
