中西医结合治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on acute viral myocarditis treated with the combination of traditional and western medicine

目的 总结全省 7家医院协作观察中西医结合和单纯西药治疗急性病毒性心肌炎(VMC)疗效。方法 16 4例VMC患者随机分治疗组 (83例 )和对照组 (81例 ) ,分别采用中西医结合和单纯西药治疗。结果 治疗组肠道病毒RNA(EVs RNA)、柯萨奇病毒 (CVB) Ab和CVB IgM的转阴率明显优于对照组 (P值分别为 <0 0 1和 0 0 5 ) ,临床症状的好转 ,早搏、ST T的改善两组间无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 目前对VMC西药无特殊治疗的情况下 。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of the integrated traditional with western medicine and modern medicine alone on the patients with viral myocarditis(VMC) from 7 general hospitals in Jiangsu province.Methods 164 VMC patients were randomized into two groups:83 patients in the treatment group and 81 patients in the control group.Results The disappearance rate of EVs RNA,CVB Ab and IgM in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.( P< 0 01 and P< 0 05 respectively).As to the reliefe of the symptoms,premature beat and ST T change,there was no significant difference between the two groups.( P> 0 05).Conclusion At present time,there is no specific western medicine that is able to stop the progression of VMC.Using traditional and western medicine might be a good choice.
