摘要
为验证电动汽车的动力电池管理系统软件前期设计,建立了电池管理系统软件的虚拟仿真环境。根据电池管理系统软件的输入输出参数,包括荷电状态(SOC)、功率预测、故障诊断、应急控制等算法在内,确定了与电池管理系统直接相连的外部对象,通过整合所建模型和现有模型资源,建立了整车系统下的电池管理系统软件虚拟仿真环境的模型。结果表明:该模型实现了电池系统在整车工作环境下的虚拟环境,离线验证电池管理系统各软件模块的有效性。
Virtual simulation environment was made to test and verify the design of battery management system software in the early stage for electric vehicles (EVs). An external module was determined to connect the battery management system according to the input/output parameters of battery management system software, mainly including state of charge (SOC) estimation, power estimation, fault diagnosis and emergency control. A simulation environment model for battery management system software was established in the vehicle working environment with the integration of the developed model and the existed models. The results show that using the simulation environment model for the battery management system achieves virtual simulation of the battery system in the vehicle's working environment, and verifies the effectiveness of the software modules of battery management system.
