学生实习分阶段的心理干预研究——以包头职业技术学院酒店管理专业为例

Research on Psychological Intervention in Stages during the Practice of Students——Take Hospitality Management of Baotou Vocational & Technical College as an Example

以包头职业技术学院酒店管理专业学生为调查对象,通过问卷调查、师生座谈等方法,对学生实习分阶段的实习心理进行调查与分析。分析学生实习中存在心理问题的原因,并提出分阶段进行心理干预的措施。

Take the students majored in hospitality management of Baotou Vocational ＆ Technology College as the respondents, the paper surveys and analyses students＇ psychology during the practice. Meanwhile, it tells the reasons of psychological problems existing in the process of practice, and puts forward measures of psychlolgical intervention in stages.
