专业实习是高职院校教学工作的重要组成部分,也是高职人才培养过程中一个重要的实践性教学环节。分析高职院校学生专业实习的必要性和实习过程中所遇到的问题,提出构建专业实习管理工作模型以及并相应的解决措施。

Professional internship is not only an important part of work in higher vocational colleges, but plays a practical teaching role in the process of talents cultivation. Based on the necessity of strengthening professional internship of vocational college students and the problems during the practice,the professional practice management model is made and the rele- vant solutions are put forward in this paper .
