肾包虫病的诊断及治疗(附28例报告)

目的 探讨肾包虫病的诊治方法。 方法 对 1985年 2月至 1999年 1月收治的肾包虫病 2 8例资料进行分析 , 结果 2 8例病人均有疫区接触史 ,患侧肾区痛和腹部包块为主要临床表现 ,包虫三项试验和B超诊断符合率分别为 87%和 89%。 2 8例中 2 5例术前诊断明确 ,经手术治疗。1例硬化剂注射治疗。 2例外伤破裂 ,经抗过敏、抗感染、抗包虫治疗好转。术后 4例复发。 结论 流行病学检查 ,免疫学检查及B超检查是诊断肾包虫病的主要方法。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of renal echinococcosis. Methods 28 cases of renal echinococcosis treated from Feb.1985 to Jan.1999 were reviewed. Results All the patients have had history of contact with dogs and sheeps.The 3 laboratory findings of echinococcosis and B ultrasonic had a positive diagnosis rate of 87% and 89% respectively.Open surgery was undertaken in 25,puncture aspiration and injection of sclerotic agent in 1 and the other 2 ruptured following injury.Recurrence after surgical management occurred in 4. Conclusions Epidemiology history,immunological tests and B ultrasonography are the cardinal means of diagnosis.Partial nephrectomy and transpelvic extirpation of the internal cysts are the treatment of choice.
