Endovascular metallic stent implantation for the treatment of renal vascular hypertension

摘要 目的 探讨经皮腔内肾动脉成形术 (PTRA)和支架置入术治疗肾动脉狭窄所致肾血管性高血压的临床效果。 方法 对 7例大动脉炎和 3例动脉粥样硬化所致肾动脉狭窄患者先行PTRA术 ,然后放置支架。术后定期复查血压并采用超声复查支架通畅状况。 结果  10例患者PTRA +支架植入术技术均成功 ,血压完全恢复正常 9例 ,部分下降 1例 ,无严重并发症发生。随访 3~ 2 8个月未见复发。 结论 PTRA和支架植入术治疗肾血管性高血压效果满意 ,创伤小 ,病人痛苦少 。 Objective To evaluate percutaneous transluminal renal angioplasty (PTRA) and endovascular stent implantation for patients with renal vascular hypertension.Methods PTRA and stent placement were performed in 10 cases of renal artery stenoses ,7 Takayasu arteritis and 3 athrosclerosis.All patients were followed up with blood pressure and patency of stents monitored by dopler ultrasound.Results The success rate of PTRA and stent placement was 100%.The blood prssure has become nomal in 9 and decresed significantly in one .No severe complications occured.Recurrence was not noted in 3~28 monthes of follow up. Conclusions PTRA with stent placement is an effective to treat renal vascular hypertension caused by renal artery stenoses.
