序贯三联疗法根除HP的临床观察

Clinical observation of sequential triple therapy for eradication of HP

目的探讨序贯三联疗法根除HP的临床疗效。方法 90例慢性胃炎合并Hp阳性患者,分成观察组和对照组。对照组给予传统三联疗法,观察组给予序贯三联疗法。结果观察组总有效率95.56%高于对照组82.22%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论序贯三联疗法根除HP疗效显著。

Objective To discuss of sequential triple therapy for eradication of HP. Methods 90 ca- ses of chronic gastritis with HP positive patients, divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional triple therapy. Observation group were given sequential triple therapy. Results In observation group, the total efficiency of 95.56% more than 82. 22% that of control group, had significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Sequential triple therapy for eradication of HP curative effect was obvious.
