急性肺栓塞综合护理干预方法的研究

Acute pulmonary embolism:comprehensive nursing intervention methods

目的讨论急性肺栓塞综合护理方法干预对患者住院天数和满意度的影响。方法选择我院急性肺栓塞患者100例。根据患者自愿分为观察组和对照组各50例。其中:观察组采用综合护理干预,对照组采用常规护理。记录2组患者平均住院天数和满意度。结果观察组住院天数在10d以上、11～20d、21d及以上患者分别为13、27和10例,平均住院天数为(15.7±5.4)d,与对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组很满意、满意、不满意例数分别为21、29、0例,满意率为100%。对照组很满意、满意、不满意例数分别为8、33和9例,整体满意率为82%。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组健康知识得分优良率为98%和62%。2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性肺栓塞患者采取综合护理干预,可以缩短住院时间,增强患者健康知识了解度,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To study the acute pulmonary embolism comprehensive nursing intervention for patients length of stay and the effect of satisfaction. Methods In our hospital in patients with acute pulmonary embolism in 100 cases. According to the patient voluntarily divided into observation group and control group,／ with 50 cases in each group. Among them： the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing inter- vention, the control group with routine nursing care. Records of 2 groups of patients the mean length of hospital stay and satisfaction. Results In the observation group, length of hospital stay in more than 10 d, 11 ~ 20 d, 21 d and older patients were 13, 27 and 10 patients, the average length of stay was （ 15.7 ＋ 5.4） d, and the control group with significant difference, （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, observation group was satisfied, satisfied, not satisfied with the cases were 21,29, 0 cases, satisfactory rate as of 100%. The control group was satisfied, satisfied, not satisfied with the cases were 8, 33 and 9 cases, the overall satisfaction rate of 82%. Between the two groups was significant, （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The observation group and the control group health knowledge scores were excellent and good rate was 98% and 62%. Between the 2 groups was significant, P 〈0. 05. Conclusion Patients with acute pulmonary embolism by comprehensive nursing intervention, can reduce the length of hospital stay, en- hanced patient health knowledge, enhance patient satisfaction.
