摘要
分析了ICU患者常见心理反应与产生原因,针对其心理反应探讨有效而实用的心理护理干预措施,包括建立良好的护患关系、营造舒适的环境、加强心理护理、争取家属的配合、进行放松训练等,能有效地降低ICU患者的负性心理反应,改善患者心理状态和行为方式,提高患者的护理效果。
Analysis of the ICU patients common psychological reaction and causes, in view of its psy- chological reaction to explore effective and practical psychological nursing intervention measures, including es- tablishing good guard with relationship, create a comfortable environment, strengthening psychological nursing, strive for the families of the fit and relaxation training, so as to effectively reduce the ICU patients with negative psychological reaction, improve patients＇ psychological state and line for way, improve patient care effect.
