目的了解医院感染现患率。方法采用床旁调查和在架病历调查相结合的方法。结果本次调查住院患者652人,医院感染现患率0.61%,例次现患率0.61%;抗菌药物横断面使用率为23.0%;限制使用级抗菌药物标本培养率33.3%。结论能够了解医院感染的发生情况和分布规律;了解不同危险因素与医院感染的关系,为重点预防提供依据;掌握医院感染的流行趋势;评价医院感染监控措施的效果;提高对医院感染知识的认识。

Objective to hospital infection rates. Methods takes the bedside investigation and the method of combining medical history investigation. Results the survey 652 people in hospital patients, 0. 61% hospital infection rates, prevalence cases 0. 61%; cross section of antibacterial drugs usage of 23%; use re- stricted antibiotic specimen 33.3% training rates. Conclusion to understanding of the occurrence and distri- bution of hospital infection ; understand the different relationship between nosocomial infection and risk factors, providing the basis for focused prevention ; grasp the trends of hospital infection; evaluate the effectiveness of in- fection control measures in hospitals ; increase awareness of hospital infection knowledge.
