摘要
目的:制备盐酸左氧氟沙星片,筛选出最佳处方工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以相似因子(f2)和硬度作为考察指标,通过综合评分,进行处方筛选、优化。结果:最佳处方中微晶纤维素(A),淀粉(B),交联羧甲基纤维素钠(C)分别为80mg,30mg,15mg,3批优化处方的样品f2值均大于50,硬度约5Kgf。结论:盐酸左氧氟沙星片优选处方合理,工艺简单,体外溶出与被仿样品溶出曲线基本相似。
Objective:To prepare Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets,and to optimize the best formula technology.Methods:The formula was optimized by orthogonal design using similar factors (f2)of dissolution and hardness as index,by means of eompositive scores.Results:The optimal formula of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets was as followed:mierocrystalline cellulose(A),starch(B),croscarmellose sodium(C) were 80mg,30mg, 15mg.The values of f2 of 3 batches of samples were more than 50,and hardness was about 5Kgf.Conclusion: The formula of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets is reasonable, technology is simple, essentiall2c,the dissolution curve in vitro was similar to imitation.
