摘要
目的:制备盐酸左氧氟沙星片,筛选出最佳处方工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以相似因子(f2)和硬度作为考察指标,通过综合评分,进行处方筛选、优化。结果:最佳处方中微晶纤维素(A),淀粉(B),交联羧甲基纤维素钠(C)分别为80mg,30mg,15mg,3批优化处方的样品f2值均大于50,硬度约5Kgf。结论:盐酸左氧氟沙星片优选处方合理,工艺简单,体外溶出与被仿样品溶出曲线基本相似。
Objective：To prepare Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets,and to optimize the best formula technology.Methods：The formula was optimized by orthogonal design using similar factors （f2）of dissolution and hardness as index,by means of eompositive scores.Results：The optimal formula of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets was as followed：mierocrystalline cellulose（A）,starch（B）,croscarmellose sodium（C） were 80mg,30mg, 15mg.The values of f2 of 3 batches of samples were more than 50,and hardness was about 5Kgf.Conclusion： The formula of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets is reasonable, technology is simple, essentiall2c,the dissolution curve in vitro was similar to imitation.
