肾囊肿内肾癌(附四例报告)

Renal cell carcinoma arising from the wall of a renal cyst

目的 探讨肾囊肿内肾细胞癌的诊断和治疗。 方法 总结 6 8例肾囊肿患者资料 ,对4例合并肾细胞癌者的资料进行分析。 结果 4例患者中术前明确诊断者 2例 ,术中发现者 2例。行肾癌根治切除术 2例 ,行囊壁和肿物切除术 2例。 4例随访 6～ 12个月未见复发。 结论 B超发现肾囊肿增长快或囊内有病变时应行CT平扫和增强扫描 。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of renal cell carcinoma arising from the wall of renal cyst. Methods From 1998 through 1999,68 cases of renal cyst treated were reviewed of which RCC were found in 4. Results RCC arising from a renal cyst has been diagnosed before operation in 2 and during the operation in the other 2.Radical nephrectomy was undertaken for 2 and resection of the cystic wall in the other 2. Conclusions If the renal cyst increased in size rapidly or the cystic wall was nodular on ultrasonography or the cystic fluid was bloody,CT scan is mandatory.If a RCC arising from the cystic wall has been suspected,open surgical exploration should be undertaken.
