软聚硅酮敷料在静脉输液外渗治疗中的临床应用

Clinical application of soft silicone dressing on treating Intravenous infusion extravasations

目的观察软聚硅酮敷料在静脉输液外渗治疗的疗效。方法将55例静脉输液外渗患者随机分为两组:实验组(n=28)采用软聚硅酮敷料直接贴于静脉输液外渗肿胀部位;对照组(n=27)将洗净的马铃薯切成3～5 mm薄片外敷于液体外渗处。观察并比较两组静脉输液外渗局部组织肿胀消退的疗效。结果软聚硅酮敷料组局部组织肿胀消退的疗效明显好于马铃薯片外敷组(P<0.01)。结论采用软聚硅酮敷料外敷治疗静脉输液外渗致局部组织肿痛具有独特疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical application of soft silicone dressing on treating Intravenous infusion extravasations. Methods Fifty - five patients who suffered from Intravenous infusion extravasations were divided into two groups in random： Experimental group （ n = 28） applied the soft silicone dressing to the swollen areas of Intravenous infusion extravasations directly; Control group （ n = 27 ） applied the potatoes which were cut into 3ram- 5mm -thich slices after being washed to the swollen areas of Intravenous infusion extravasations. The effect of two differents treating for Intravenous infusion extravasation was assessed. Results The effect of the group treated with soft silicone dressing was significantly better than the group treated with potato slices （ p 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The soft silicone dressing has a remarkable curative effect on treating Intravenous infusion extravasations and pain.
