摘要
离心式压缩机中间冷却器结垢沉积速度快,清洗频率高,分析认为冷却水流量不足并且分配不均是产生污垢沉积的主要原因,水质控制与管理也是不可忽视的因素,通过水量调整、规范水质管理措施后基本解决了清洗频率高的问题。
There are some problems in the intercooler of centrifugal compressor, for ex- ample rapid scale deposition speed and high cleaning frequency. The analysis results indicate that the main reason of scale deposition is low cooling water flow rate and uneven distribu- tion of cooling water. And water quality control is an important factor that should not be no- glected.
