摘要
通过分析荧光灯生产中的关键材料、技术和工艺,总结了一些减少荧光灯汞含量而又不影响灯性能的方法;介绍采用汞带技术制造汞含量控制在≤2mg且一致性较好的长寿命直管荧光灯。
By analyzing the key materials, techniques and processes of fluorescent lamps production, the article summarizes some methods for reducing the content of mercury in fluorescent lamps but not having any poor effect on lamp performance, and introduces the mercury belt technology. By using the mercury belt, long life linear fluorescent lamps with mercury content of no more than 2mg and good consistency have been achieved.
