Design of LED Constant Current Power Source Based on Flyback Transformer

摘要 半导体发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)具有许多优秀性能,正越来越受到人们的重视,成为当前照明市场的热点。面向LED的驱动电源设计方案也层出不穷。针对LED电流型工作器件的特性,设计一款基于反激变压器的LED恒流驱动电源,采用原边采样电阻端电压作为反馈,具有体积小、成本低、效率高、结构简单等特点。对样机的测试结果证明,该驱动电源具有恒流特性好、性能稳定等优点。 LEDs are attracting more and more people's attention because of their prominent property and have become the hotspot in the lighting market. The design schemes of drive power source faced LEDs emerged in endlessly. A constant current power source based on flyback transformer was designed for the current device work characteristics of the LED. The power source uses voltage of primary-side sampling resistor as feedback which has the characters of small size, low cost, high efficiency and simple structure. The test results for the sample proved that this drive power source has the merit of outstanding characters of constant current and steady performance.
