产业网络中虚拟合作下的人力资源配置研究

摘要 以传统竞争为基础的人力资源资源配置方式已不适应时代的发展和要求,在网络中企业间将人力资源以部门或团队的形式模块化整合、虚拟合作,逐步受到学界和实业界的重视。文章通过总结虚拟合作人力资源配置的模块化、时效性、互惠性特点,从网络内生信任机制、价值链衔接、核心能力三个角度揭示虚拟合作人力资源配置的机理,提出实现有效配置的合作性交易、网络依赖、内部市场三个前提条件,最后总结在网络理论、信任理论、价值集成效应理论下,以顾客价值为核心、以人力资源核心能力为基础、以信任机制为纽带构建产业网络虚拟合作中人力资源配置模型。 The allocation of human resources based on traditional competition can no longer suit the development and requirements of the times, and the modular integration and virtual cooperation of human resources in the forms of departments or teams of enterprises in the network attracts more and more attention from the educational circle and the industrial circles gradually. This paper reveals the mechanism of human resource allocation of virtual cooperation and presents three pre-conditions to realize effective allocation, namely, cooperative transaction, network dependence and interior market, from the points of internal network trust mechanism, value chain link and core capacity by summarizing the modularity, timeliness and reciprocity features of human resource allocation of virtual cooperation, and finally concludes the model of human resource allocation in virtual cooperation of industrial network constructed according to network theory, theory of trust and value integration effect theory with client value as the core, core capacity of human resources as the basis and trust mechanism as the bond.
