摘要
目的 :建立一个较好的能模拟人类滴虫性阴道炎的小鼠模型。方法 :将乳杆菌接种于动情期小鼠阴道内 ,然后将滴虫接种于该组小鼠及未作处理的对照组小鼠阴道内 ,定期收集、镜检 5 0 μl阴道洗液中是否有活动的滴虫 ,并且进行几种主要阴道菌群的培养。结果 :两组小鼠的最初感染率相似 (6 0 %~ 70 % ) ,但乳杆菌接种组小鼠表现出了长久的感染性。乳杆菌的加入没有引起小鼠阴道菌丛的显著变化。结论 :可以通过向小鼠阴道内植入乳杆菌 ,建立一个能模拟人类滴虫性阴道炎的小鼠模型。
Objective:Our purpose was to establish a mouse model simulating human trichomonas vaginitis. Methods:We inoculated lactobacillus in vagina of estrus mouse(the test group),then inoculated trichomonad in the test group and the control group.We collected the 50 μl lotion at regular interval,checked active trichomond in the lotion,and cultured the vaginal flora. Results:Although the original infection rate was similar between the two groups(60% to 70%),the test group showed a longer duration of infection than the control group.Lactobacillus inoculation did not evidently change the mouse vaginal flora. Conclusion:We may establish a T.vaginitis mouse model by inoculating lactobacillus in vagina of estrus mouse.
