摘要
以中交四航局第二工程有限公司的海外工程项目为例,介绍海外工程项目特点及对服务采购管理的要求,剖析海外工程项目服务采购管理的现状,并就提高其管理水平进行初步探索,供国内同类型建筑施工企业参考、借鉴。
Based on the actual operation of the Second Engineering Company of CCCC Fourth Harbour Engineering Co.,Ltd, this paper introduces the characteristics of overseas construction projects and the requirements for service procurement, and analyzes the current situation of service procurement management of overseas construction projects. In the end, this paper explores preliminarily the enhancement about the managerial level, in order to provide some applicable solution and reference for other construction enterprises.
