摘要
工程项目流水施工是一种常用和有效的施工组织方式,一般分为有节奏流水施工和无节奏流水施工。在概括总结两种流水施工特点的基础上,重点阐述无节奏流水施工进度计划横道图各相邻施工过程流水步距的理论计算,特别是在其网络计算时需要处理的特殊问题。最后通过实证研究,得出结论:凡是流水步距不等的流水施工,必须将流水步距以虚拟工作的形式引入网络计算的逻辑关系。
The project flow construction is a usually and effective construction organizing manner, it is classified as rhythmic flow construction and unregular flow construction. Based on summarizing the characteristic of the two kinds of flow construction, expounds the theoretical calculating of the flowline pace of each near process of construction schedule horizontal line graph of unregular flow construction. Especially, discusses the exceptive problem as network program calculating. Finally, has instancing researched and given the conclusion that all flow construction with unequal flowline pace must take the flowline pace as virtual work, and introduce it into logic relation of network diagram.
