Research on the Pre-control Measures of Project Price Adjustment Based on the Bills of Quantities Valuation Mode

基于工程量清单计价模式,识别影响工程价款调整的主要因素,分析实践中存在的主要问题,指出承发包阶段是预防造价纠纷的最佳时机。从发包方的角度出发,结合造价管理的最新发展理念和项目实践提出合同价款调整的预控原则,并从实践的角度针对合同价款调整的重要因素分别提出预控措施和相应的配套措施。

Identifies the influence factors of the project price adjustment based on the bills of quantities valuation mode, analyzes the main problems in practice, and points out that the contracting stage is the best time to prevent cost disputes. From the perspective of employer, this paper puts forward several pre-control principles to the contract price adjustment combined with the latest cost management concept and project practice, and some relevant supporting measures about pre-control measures in the light of the important factors of contract price adjustment based on the practice.
