According to the years of practice, this paper analyzes the effectiveness level, fixation and chains of evidence of engineering claim from the perspective of engineering business and contract legal respectively, which will be conductive to the deepened understanding of evidence of engineering claims, improve the effectiveness of evidence and facilitate the solution of engineering claims.
