摘要
对施工合同管理过程所存在的风险因素进行识别和分析,以核电项目为例,结合风险管理理论,提出了施工合同风险管理的对策,主要是从风险的事前防范和事后防范出发,建立风险管理流程、规范合同文体编制、提高合同执行力度、建立经验反馈体系。
Identifies and analyzes the risk factors in the project contract management process. Taking a nuclear power project for example , and combined with the risk management theory,this paper provides related management countermeasures, which is consisted of the prior and afterwards risk preventions, the risk management process, the normative contract context, the improving operation executive power, and the experience feedback system.
