Contract management works in the entire course of project construction. Combined with project construction and contract management process, this paper, in the perspective of operation, analyzes the contract management in the contract preliminary examination, contract signing, contract operation and contract closeout. And then proposes corresponding measures, in order to guide our work and achieve the maximum profit.
