摘要
在对全国不同地区的近十家建筑工程企业共281名员工问卷调查的基础上,运用SPSS15.0软件和AMOS 7.0软件进行因素分析,得到包含物质、制度、观念、情境四类因素的我国建筑工程企业安全文化四维结构模型,证实物质、制度、观念三类文化因素两两之间具有较强正相关性,而情境文化因素与上述三类因素之间具有较弱的负相关性。据此给出企业安全文化的改进建议和对策。
Using software SPSS15.0 and AMOS 7.0 to analyze exploratory factors on the basis of the questionnaire survey of 281 employees in about ten construction companies across the country, this paper proves that safety culture in construction has a four-dimensional structure, including material, system, concept and context, and there is a strong positive correlation between two of three (material, system, concept), and a weak negative correlation between context culture and the other three. From this, the suggestions and countermeasures for safety culture improving are proposed.
