FGF受体在增生退化期血管瘤中表达的定量分析及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨成纤维细胞生长因子受体与血管瘤增生退化的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学 SP法及图像分析技术 ,对 40例增生期血管瘤、30例退化期血管瘤组织中的成纤维细胞生长因子 (FGF)受体表达进行了定量分析。结果 :FGF受体以增生期血管瘤含量最多 ;退化期血管瘤单个 FGF受体阳性细胞上所含受体的量多于增生期血管瘤。结论 :增生期血管瘤组织中 FGF的功能活性强于退化期血管瘤 ;FGF与血管瘤的增生退化过程有密切关系。 Objective: Our aim was to determine the relationship between the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) receptor count and the different stage of hemangioma. Methods: The immunohistochemical technique and image analysis technique were used. The numbers of FGFR were determined among 40 cases of hemangioma in proliferative stage, 30 of them in involutional stage, 5 of normal tissue. Results: The number of FGFR in proliferative stage was the highest in these three kinds of tissue. The number of FGF receptor of single cell in involutional stage was higher than that in proliferative stage. Conclusion: The activity of FGF in proliferative stage in higher than that in involutional stage. FGF play an important role in the proliferative and involutional procession of hemangioma.
