基于武警水电部队应急救援任务经费保障现状,提出了应急救援任务经费保障的程序及方法以及在执行过程中应把握的主要原则。研究成果可以为从事工程类应急救援经费保障与管理的工作人员提供参考。

Based on the status of the financial supporting and management of the Armed Police Hydropower Troops for executing emergency rescue, the process, method and the main principles to be followed during the execution of the financial supporting for executing emergency rescue are put forward herein. The study result can provide references for the personnel engaged in the financial supporting and management for executing the engineering emergency rescue concerned.
