大气污染健康效应综合评价中权数的比较研究

A Comparative Study of Weight Coefficient Used in Comprehensive Evaluation of Air Pollution and Health Effect

目的 从医学统计学方法角度 ,探讨建立大气污染健康效应指标体系并确立其权数。方法 采用特尔菲调查 ,综合各专家意见筛选出包括环境质量指标与人体健康效应指标共九项 ,在此基础上 ,采用四种定权方法确立权数。利用综合评价对四种权数进行稳定性与合理性检验。结果 整合权数是稳定性与合理性的统一。结论 用整合权数进行综合评价可达到科学、客观、合理评价之目的。

Objective To explore the establishment of the indexes of air pollution and health effect and make the weight coefficients of them to the point of health statistics.Methods Screening 9 indeices including environment quality indices and health effect indices by using Delphi investigation and synthesizing specialist's proposal,based on the 9 indices,make the weight coefficients of them using four methods of making weight coefficient and tsest the stable and the rationalization of them by using comprehensive evaluation.Results The combinative weight coefficient is the stable and reasonable unity.Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation using the combinative weight coefficient is scientific,objective and reasonable.
