摘要 组织工程的出现为人类治疗骨缺损提供了一种新的选择。人工合成高分子材料及其与陶瓷材料的共混物具有可控的生物降解性、可调控的力学性能以及良好的加工性 。 Tissue engineering may provide an alternation to repair skeletal defects which suffer from disease,trauma,or surgery.Synthetic polymer and its composite with ceramics whose biodegradation and mechanic properties can be regulated are the best choices for substitution of extracellular matrix.
