摘要
以PEG-400作改性剂,柠檬酸作交联剂,磷酸氢二钠作催化剂,合成了β-环糊精聚合物;然后将壳聚糖与β-环糊精聚合物通过乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷进行交联,制成具有孔洞的β-环糊精/壳聚糖膜;采用FT-IR、XRD、TG和SEM表征其官能团、结晶度、热失重和膜孔洞的尺寸大小。研究表明,自制的β-环糊精/壳聚糖膜孔洞直径约为5μm,其对酸性染料的吸附更符合Langmuir吸附等温线,可认为是单分子层吸附;吸附动力学研究表明,该吸附符合假二级动力学吸附方程。
Taking PEG-400 as a modifier, citric acid as a crosslinker, disodium hydrogen phosphate as a catalyst, β-cyclodextrin polymers are synthesized. And then, in the presence of vinyl triethoxy silane, the porous β-cyclodextrin/chitosan membrane is prepared through the crosslinking reaction between chitosan and β-cyclodextrin polymers. The functional groups, crystallinity degree, thermal stability, and pore-size of membrane are characterized by FT-TR, XRD, TG and SEM. The results show that the pore diameterof the membrane is about 5μm. The adsorption of acid dye on β-cyclodextrin/chitosan membrane fits more into the Langmuir model, which can be considered as a single molecular layer adsorption behavior. The adsorption kinetics research indicates that it accords with the pseudo second-order model.
