摘要
采用开源2012版印花自动调浆系统进行调色配浆,可大幅度提高圆网印花的色浆利用率、对色成功率、色浆重衍率和调浆效率,降低印花返工率,减少操作人员,节约人力成本,有利于生产管理,改善了调浆房的工作环境,达到节能减排的目的。
With the automatic CCK（ computer color-matching kitchen）system from Kaiyuan computer technology company, the utilization rate of color paste, success rates of color controlling, repeatability of color paste and efficiency of color mixing are greatly increased. The rates of rework, the number of operators and the labor cost are reduced. The system is beneficial to production management and working environment, as well as energy saving and emission reduction.
