摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA+Br-)为插层剂,对蛭石原矿(VMT)进行插层处理,制备有机柱撑蛭石(OVMT);将有机柱撑蛭石与多种分散剂作用,采用二次砂磨和高压微射流均质处理有机柱撑蛭石,以制备蛭石水溶胶,并应用于纺织品的阻燃隔热整理。结果表明,长碳链的烷基季铵盐对蛭石原矿进行有机柱撑,打开其层间距,在合适的分散剂和物理机械力的共同作用下,可以制备蛭石水溶胶;经蛭石水溶胶整理后的棉织物具有良好的阻燃隔热性能。
Vermiculites are intercalated by hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (HDTMA+ Br- ) leading to an organic-pillared vermiculite (OVMT). The organic-pillared vermiculites are mixed with different types of dispersants and treated with sand mill and ultra-high pressure homogenizer, and then applied to textile flame retardant and thermal insulation finish. Based on the ex- perimental data, stable vermiculite hydrosol can be obtained from the organic-pillared vermiculite after treatment of sand milling or ultra-high pressure homogenizing with appropriate dispersants. The finished cotton fabric has excellent flame retardancy and thermal insulation properties.
