摘要
对蜂窝微孔改性涤纶纤维进行阳离子染料染色,通过改变染料用量、染色温度和染色时间,测试染色后纤维的上染率及K/S值和L*、a*、b*值,以探讨染色工艺对染色性能的影响。结果表明:当染料的质量分数为4%(omf)时,上染率和K/S值达到最大值。而随着染料用量的增加,明度有所降低;随着染色温度的升高,上染率不断提高,纤维在较低温度下具有较高的上染率,染色深度逐渐增加,K/S值提高,明度不断降低;染色时间以30 min为宜,其后,表观色深和明度不断降低。
The dyeing of honeycomb microspore modification polyester fiber is carried out using three kinds of cationic dyes in different shade. The influence of dyes dosage, dyeing temperature and time on dyeing rate,/O'S value and L" a" b" value are discussed. The results show that dyeing rate and K/S value reach the maximum value under dyes concentration of 4% (omf). With the increasing of dye dosage, the brightness decreased. With the increasing of dyeing temperature, dyeing-uptake and K/S value increased, while the brightness decreased continuously. So the proper time of dyeing is 30 rain, when the time ex- ceeds 30 rain, the apparent depth and brightness reduced.
