摘要
采用新开发的脱色剂Color cleanTM对活性染料染色残液进行处理,处理后残液的色度去除率近100%。通过单因素分析,得到优化处理工艺:脱色剂Color cleanTM6~15 g/L,60℃搅拌60 min,过滤后,测定残液中盐、碱、水含量,再补加染色所需的盐、碱和水,进行回用染色。与新鲜水染色结果相比,使用回用残液染色的织物的各项色牢度相当,染色重现性好;通过回用染浴,可节约盐和碱约80%,显著地减少活性染料染色过程对环境的污染。
The new developed decolorizer Color cleanTM is applied to treat reactive dye bath residue. The chroma removal of the treated residue is nearly 100%. Based on the analysis of single factor, the optimized process is decolorizer Color cleanTM 6 15 g/L, stirring at 60 ℃ for 60 min, determining the contents of salt, alkali and water after filtration, and adding salt, alkali and water to reuse for dyeing. Compared to dyeing results with fresh water,the dyeings with reused residue display similar color fastness and good reproducibility. With the dye bath reuse, the process can save about 80% of salt and soda ,which significant- ly reduces environmental pollution.
