摘要
涤锦织物染异色,存在染色温度不一致和锦纶沾色两大技术难点。通过实例分析,解决的措施是,选用低温型分散染料和适量涤纶导染剂,降低染色温度;涤纶分散染料染色后,对锦纶剥色后再套染。文中还提出了涤锦织物染异色时的注意事项。
Technical difficulties in differential dyeing of polyester/nylon blended fabric, including the different dyeing temperature of two fibers and staining of nylon fiber, are analyzed. The relavant measures are pointed out as follows：selecting low-energy dyes and carrier for polyester to decrease the dyeing tempetature, stripping the dye on the nylon fiber after polyester disperse dyeing,and then top dyeing.
