摘要
以某炼钢厂的倒罐站除尘系统为研究对象,建立了除尘系统的CAE仿真模型,比较分析了四种工况条件下倒罐站内温度、速度和烟尘分布情况,分析得到了该倒罐站坑口冒烟的产生的原因,并给出对策及解决方案。
The mechanism of fume dust formation is proposed firstly.Then the mechanism is applied to construct CAE simulation model for fume control systems.CAE simulation results of the fume control system for a torpedo car pouring workshop are proposed,with the suggested scheme to solve fume emissions escape problem in a steel plant.
