本文通过分析目前医院在药学工作中存在的问题 ,提出了在医疗制度改革、医药实施分开核算、分别管理情况下 ,充分发挥药师在医院工作中作用的建议。

This article analyzed the problems and offered some countermeasures to strengthen the pharmaceutical works in hospitals. On the basis of medical system reform and management of medical treatment and durgs in different accounts, the pharmacist should play an important role in the hospital works.
