摘要
聚维酮碘泡腾片为 1-乙烯 - 2吡咯烷酮均聚物与碘的复合物制剂 ,其对多种革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌等有一定的抑制作用。本文采用淀粉吸附或淀粉吸附与薄膜过滤相结合的方法排除其抑菌作用 ,收到了较好的效果。
povidone iodine effervescent tablet is compound preparation of 1-viny1-2-pyrrolidone polymers and iodine. It has certain inhibition action to diversified gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Starch adsorption or starch adsorption combining with thin membrane filtration are used to eliminate the action of bacteria inhibition of drugs containing iodine, and the results are satisfied.
