对氨基苯甲酸法测定磺胺类药品的细菌计数初探

Study on the Bacterial Counting Determination of Sulfa Drugs by PABA

本文采用在培养基中加入不同浓度对氨基苯甲酸 (PABA)法对磺胺类药品的细菌数检测进行了对比实验。结果表明 :加入适量PABA的方法对所测定的单一处方或部分含有磺胺类药品是适用的 ,但对于所测定的复方磺胺制剂不适用。所测定的药品均不适于采用培养基稀释法。

This paper reports the bacterial counting determination of sulfa drugs by adding suitable PABA to the media. The results shows that the method is suitable to the single composition of sulfa drugs or including part composition of sulfa in drugs. But the method is not suitable for the compound of sulfa durgs. And the media dilution method is not suitable for all of these drugs.
