摘要
组织工程是目前学术界研究的热点 ,人工皮肤是组织工程迄今为止最成功的产品之一 ,已初步试用于临床。本文从人工皮片、真皮、复合皮肤等方面对该领域的最新研究现状进行综述 ,并讨论了复合皮肤中成纤维细胞存在的意义 。
Tissue engineered skin is one of the most successful products in the field of tissue engineering.Skin substitutes are currently optimized for clinical application.The paper reviewed the recent development of artificial skin and the role of fibroblasts in skin substitutes.The related questions existed and future directions in skin substitutes research were also speculated on.
